BLACK FRIDAY GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions: CrossFit SW Black Friday Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:

    • The giveaway is open to both current CrossFit SW members and non-members.

    • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

  2. Entry Period:

    • Entries for the competition will be accepted until 11:59 PM on 23/11/2023.

    • Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Participants must like the giveaway post, share it to their Instagram story, and comment with the hashtag #cfswblackfriday to be eligible.

    • Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

    • The announcement will be made on CrossFit SW's Instagram page on 24/11/2023.

    • The winner will be messaged via Instagram on 24/11/2023.

    • The winner has 3 days to claim their prize by responding to the Instagram message.

  5. Prize:

    • The winner will receive a complimentary CrossFit SW membership for five weeks.

    • The membership period starts on 27/11/2023 and ends on 31/12/2023.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  6. Redemption:

    • The winner must contact CrossFit SW within three days of the announcement to claim their prize.

    • If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Membership Terms:

    • The winner agrees to abide by CrossFit SW's gym rules and regulations during the membership period.

    • The membership is for the specified duration and cannot be extended or altered.

    • The membership grants the winnner access to all classes on the timetable.

  8. Publicity:

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to allow CrossFit SW to use their name and image for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.

  9. General Conditions:

    • CrossFit SW reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.

    • CrossFit SW is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may impede the entry process.

  10. Release of Instagram:

    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
