Beginner Pathway
CrossFit Experience: 0 Months
How to get involved: 3 - 6 personal training sessions.
On this pathway you will be carefully guided by one of our professional coaches to ensure you, your body, and your mind are prepared for our classes.
Throughout these sessions you will receive a heap of value on goal setting, body mechanics assessment, basis skills for compound lifting, gymnastics, and olympic weightlifting, and more!
Intermediate Pathway
CrossFit Experience: 3 - 12 Months
How to get involved: 1+ personal training session.
On this pathway one of our professional coaches will take you through an initial assessment to understand your training history, assess your movement patterns, and ensure you feel safe and comfortable entering into our classes.
Advanced Pathway
CrossFit Experience: 12+ Months
How to get involved: Assessment consultation
On this pathway one of our professional coaches will book you in for a initial consultation to discuss your training history and goals.
It is assumed that you are competent with the CrossFit methodology and have a solid understanding of all movements involved within a CrossFit class plus your unique scaling options.
